"On the 5th of August 2004, David took me for a drive over
to his grandfather's church. After we sat down on the
steps, he told me that he loves me and that he wants to
spend his life with me. Then he said, 'Let's get married?'
After I recovered from weak knees and shock, I accepted his
proposal. We decided not to tell anyone immediately, but to
plan a big party at our home and announce our engagement to
everyone at the same time. The party took place on the 21st
of August 2005, and many of our friends and family
attended."
